Former American Ambassador to the United Nations and arch Neo-Con mouth piece John Bolton in an interview with Fox News was able to push the spectre of Iran gaining nuclear weapons while ostensibly talking about Gaza.
Appearing on Fox News's Hannity and Colmes Bolton claimed that the current situation in Gaza could lead to a multi-pronged war between Israel and Iranian backed proxies in the Middle East.
As Jim Lobe records the Neo-Conservative movement in Washington even though out of overt favour in Washington (with Barack Obama coming into power) is still agitating for a war with Iran. John Bolton's appearance on Fox News is still more evidence of this if any one needed it:
